Delete account and data

In the game (fastest)

• Open Poço Fundo and tap the menu (gear).
• Tap "Delete account" and confirm.
• Your account and progress are deleted immediately and the game starts over with a new account.

By e-mail

If the game is no longer installed, write to suporte-pocofundo@crowntech.com.br with the subject "Delete Poço Fundo account" and, if possible, your display name in the ranking. We confirm and delete within 15 days.

What is deleted

• Guest account, display name, progress (floors, managers, depth, finds), coins and gems, history and ranking position.
• Purchased items cannot be recovered after deletion.

What is kept

• Access logs (IP, date and time) for 6 months, as required by Brazilian law.
• Purchase records for the legal period, not linked to you.
• Encrypted backups are replaced within 14 days.
