Terms of Use

By playing Poço Fundo you agree to these terms. The game is provided by CROWN TECH LTDA, CNPJ 65.586.793/0001-18, Maricá/RJ, Brazil.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play. You may not copy, resell or modify the game, use cheating software or exploit bugs.

2. Virtual items

Coins, gems, managers, finds and other items are virtual, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred and only work inside the game. The server is the official record of balances and progress.

3. Purchases

Purchases (when available) are made and charged by the App Store or Google Play, under each store's rules and refund policy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in the store account settings.

4. Conduct

Offensive or discriminatory display names, or names impersonating others, may be changed or removed, and cheating accounts may be suspended, including from the ranking.

5. Availability

We work to keep the game online, but it may be unavailable for maintenance or due to failures. The game may change with updates (balance, content, events).

6. Liability

The game is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits your mandatory consumer rights.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time (Delete account). We may close accounts that break these terms.

8. Law
