This policy explains which data the game Poço Fundo (iPhone and Android app, and this website) processes, why, for how long and what your rights are, under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018, LGPD) and applicable laws of your country.
1. Who is responsible
The data controller is CROWN TECH LTDA, CNPJ 65.586.793/0001-18, based in Maricá/RJ, Brazil. For any privacy matter, including contacting our data protection officer, write to suporte-pocofundo@crowntech.com.br.
2. In short
- You don't need to give us your name, e-mail or phone number to play.
- We store your game progress, linked to a random account identifier.
- We don't sell your data and we don't collect location, contacts, photos or microphone.
- You can delete your account at any time: see Delete account.
3. Data we process

4. Who we share data with
- Infrastructure providers that host our servers and backups, under contract and only to run the service.
- Apple (App Store, Sign in with Apple) and Google (Google Play, AdMob, Google sign-in), under their own policies.
- Authorities, only when required by law or court order.
Some providers may process data outside Brazil; such transfers follow article 33 of the LGPD, with contractual safeguards.
5. How long we keep data
- Account and game data: while the account exists.
- When you delete your account, the data is removed from the database immediately; encrypted backups are replaced within 14 days.
- Access logs: 6 months, as required by Brazilian law.
- Purchase records: for the period required by law, not linked to you.
6. Security
Encrypted connections (HTTPS), credentials stored only as hashes, restricted server access and encrypted backups.
7. Your rights
You may request confirmation, access, correction, portability and deletion of your data, information about sharing, and withdraw consents, by writing to suporte-pocofundo@crowntech.com.br. We reply within 15 days. You may also complain to the Brazilian data protection authority (ANPD) or to your local authority.
8. Children
The game is for a general audience and doesn't ask for personal data. Purchases require the store account's authorization, which parents can control in the device settings.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the date above will be updated and, for important changes, we will tell you in the game.
